Connecticut Chamber Choir is an auditioned ensemble of professional and avocational musicians from throughout the state of Connecticut. Under the artistic direction of Constance Chase since 2008, CCC has established itself as one of the region’s premier vocal ensembles.
In recognition of its 40th anniversary CCC will present two celebratory concerts—the second, Lux Aeterna, on Sunday, May 6—and a joyful collaboration with Greater Bridgeport Youth Orchestra, Chris Hisey, Director, on Sunday, March 4. The combined groups will premiere a newly commissioned work by area composer and jazz musician Rex Cadwallader on the theme of citizenship.
