Technical Problems

With five web streams and twelve separate broadcast transmitters, your trouble report is very important to us! To report a problem with one of our stations, please call 203-371-1245. If you get voice mail, please state the DATE, TIME, FREQUENCY and your CITY or TOWN and the NATURE OF THE PROBLEM. On weekends please call 203-365-0425 and give the information to our operator who will contact the technical staff. After hours (6:00 PM to 5:00 AM) or if you can't reach the other numbers, Engineering staff may be reached by cell phone at 203-257-5587 or 203-671-0869. Technical questions, web stream problems, and reception concerns of less urgency should be addressed via E-mail to the Engineering Dept. or call between 8 AM and 5 PM EST.
