A <a href="http://www.stateofdisparity.org/?p=380" target="_blank">report</a> out this week by researchers at Harvard and U.C. Berkeley found the chance that someone in the bottom fifth of the economic ladder in Connecticut could rise to the top fifth is about 8%.
