Malloy proposes act to improve mortgage and foreclosure process in Conn.

Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy is proposing legislation that would protect homeowners and those struggling with mortgage payments as part of his budget package. The Governor hopes this act will help bring down the number of foreclosures in the State.
