NY proposes swan hunt and capture

Health "death spiral" doesn't worry experts

New York's Department of Health released data on enrollment in its health insurance exchange this week.  The data show 26% of young adults are enrolling in the exchange.  This number is just above what experts call the "death spiral."

Connecticut's Department of Children and Families announced on Tuesday that they’re beginning to develop a plan to address the behavioral health needs of children in the state.  Mental health providers say the plan needs to focus on getting care to young people.
