Lori Mack

Lori is a reporter for WNPR.

She came to WNPR after working as News Operations Coordinator for WCBS Radio in New York City, covering stories for one of the nation's largest AM news stations. She went on to work as a reporter and afternoon news anchor with WWYZ and WATR in Waterbury, Connecticut. Lori also helped to start a morning drive show for the Fox News Radio Network in New York.

She lives in Branford with her daughter.

New Haven has been given a class 7 rating by the National Flood Insurance Program. That’s the highest rating available in the state.

Connecticut U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal held an emergency hearing in New Haven Monday. The purpose was to gather testimony on the impact of President Trump’s immigration policies.

A brand new performance stage was unveiled on the New Haven Green Wednesday. The new, city-owned feature will be used for concerts and other events starting this weekend.

A group of Yale University graduate students and union supporters held a protest on Monday during graduation proceedings. 

The state said its high school graduation rates have reached a record high. Governor Dannel Malloy announced the state’s 2016 figures in New Haven Monday.
