Reenacting the legendary loop of the Leatherman

In the mid 1800s, a man dressed in a leather suit spent 30 years continually walking in a 365 mile circle through Connecticut and Westchester County, sleeping in caves along the way. Who he was and why he did it is a mystery that still fascinates people today. WSHU’s Craig LeMoult reports that fascination led one man to literally follow in the footsteps of the legendary Leatherman.

The song at the end of the story was written for the documentary and performed by Jason Ajemian.
