A relaxed night of airing, in the first hour, selections from new releases by two fine singer/songwriters and, in the second hour, a glimpse of what the Saturday night fare was at the Winterhawk 2000/ Bluegrass and Beyond Festival the previous weekend in Hillsdale, N.Y. We squeezed in a Richie Havens' selection since he's appearing in our neighborhood.
