Conn. commuters rail against Metro-North delays

Metro-North is undergoing a lot of changes these days, from a new president to infrastructure and safety improvements sparked by last year’s derailments.  But the rail company’s overhaul has caused delays and service disruptions that is stoking commuters' frustration.

Blumenthal calls for expedited investigation into derailment

U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut is calling on federal officials to conduct an expedited investigation into Sunday's train derailment on Metro North's Hudson line, which killed 4 people and injured more than 60.

Blumenthal cited recent incidents that impacted Connecticut commuters on the New Haven Line in his call to action.
