An economist with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York gave a mostly positive outlook for 2014 for Connecticut, despite the state's slow pace coming out of the recession.
A new economic report by the University of Connecticut says the state gained 53 hundred jobs in the last quarter. The report says things might have been even better if it weren’t for political brinksmanship in Washington.
