School nurses in Connecticut still operate under regulations established in 1982.  But the world of student health has grown increasingly complicated, and school nurses think it’s time the regulations catch up with their roles.

Malloy orders review of state regulations

Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy issued an executive order Wednesday requiring state agencies to review all regulations that are more than four years old.  The governor says the goal is to identify any that are obsolete, unnecessary or excessively burdensome.
