Carnegie Hall Live Concert Series

Carnegie Hall Live is a multi-part series featuring performances with some of the world's leading artists and ensembles from throughout the 2017-‘18 concert season.

Produced by WQXR and Carnegie Hall, and hosted by WQXR’s Jeff Spurgeon and WNYC's John Schaefer, the series offers concerts in a wide range of styles, from early music to recitals to orchestral performances.

Highlights include the Orchestra dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia with pianist Martha Argerich; the Vienna Philharmonic led by Gustavo Dudamel; the Israel Philharmonic conducted by Zubin Mehta; a duo recital with Joshua Bell and Jeremy Denk; and a beautiful program of chamber music by the renowned Takács Quartet.
